  • Which local hospitals do your doctors visit?

    Our doctors visit newborns and patients at Golisano Children’s Hospital (Strong Memorial Hospital), Highland Hospital and Rochester General Hospital. We also have admitting privileges at these hospitals.

  • What are your telephone access and office hours?

    Pathway Pediatrics has telephone access Monday through Friday, from 8:30am – 12:00pm and 1:30 – 4:30pm. We accept patients by appointment during hours roughly coinciding with our office schedule. We also see patients on Saturday mornings by appointment.

  • What should I do if your office is closed?

    If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911. For non life-threatening problems, Pathway Pediatrics maintains a 24-hour answering service. Our after hours phone number is: (585) 246-7070.

  • How often will my child be seen for well visits and immunizations?

    The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends well-child visits at 2 weeks, 1, 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18 and 24 months. Following your child’s second birthday, annual visits are the norm.     Immunizations are required at 2 weeks, 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18 months. After this series, further immunizations are administered at your child’s annual examination at 4-5 and 11-12 years of age.
