About Us

Why Choose Pathway Pediatrics?

We pride ourselves on a tradition of excellence, integrity and caring. We value the partnership created between your family and our medical team, and we look forward to working with you as we help your child grow into a healthy and happy adult.

Our Pediatricians are Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and all are Fellows of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Our Nurse Practitioner is certified in pediatric care. All practitioners are highly skilled, caring and committed professionals practicing only pediatrics and are dedicated to providing compassionate family-centered care.

Same day sick appointments are most always available. Our office is open to our patients Monday through Friday, between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. Our experienced pediatric nurses work closely with our practitioners in providing patient care and are available by phone for prompt answers and advice during office hours.

Electronic medical records have proven to increase quality of care, decrease the number of medical errors and provide easy access to your child’s history. Test results are readily available to your child’s provider and prescriptions are sent electronically to all pharmacies.

Family-Centered Care

We value the relationship between your family and our medical care team and we believe the best care is given to a patient when there is active communication between the primary doctor and the family. We care about both the emotional and physical needs of our young patients and their families and we will work with you to promote health and positive quality of life as your child grows and develops into an adult.

Preventative Care

We invite you to choose one of us as your child’s primary doctor who will be available for routine physicals. At each well-child checkup, we will discuss the whole health of your child including growth and development, nutrition, safety, family and social interactions. We will work with families, teachers, school nurses, psychologists, and other providers to help identify and treat the many potential challenges facing school age children.

New Patients

New patients are always welcome. We have patients from the entire greater Rochester area, including Brighton, Fairport, Henrietta, Webster, Chili, Greece, Pittsford and many more area suburbs.
